Return policies

ATTENTION: each handbag has a clearly visible registered security seal . If you wish to return the handbag within 15 days from the day of receipt by the courier or from your collection from the courier, you must NOT remove or tamper with the seal. We will not accept returns of handbags with seals removed, tampered with or altered.
If for any reason you wish to return the goods purchased on our online store, you can exercise your legitimate right of withdrawal within 15 days of receiving the package, without having to provide any reason, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, the Customer (if he qualifies as a "consumer" pursuant to art. 1 letter b) in fact has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products ordered within 15 working days from receipt of the products.

The withdrawal period begins on the day of delivery of the last item(s) of your order. You can then return your order within 15 days, starting from the day you receive the package.

How to do?

  • You can return one or more purchased products no later than 15 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE OF YOUR ORDER.
  • The products must be returned to the courier WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or for damaged or used products or with the seal removed or tampered with.

To make a return, send an email to info@italianthesign.com leaving the following information:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Order number

Warnings

The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article (art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, within 15 working days from receipt of the products.

Once the products have been received (and their integrity has been verified) SSOSOE of Phatsirin Thaveephol will, in the shortest possible time, and in any case within 30 working days of receipt of the goods, credit the Customer with the cost of the returned products (as indicated in the order) , withholding, the amount of the return shipping costs which will remain definitively charged to the Customer.

The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article (art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185) cannot be exercised by the Customer in the event that the purchased products have been used (or damaged) by the Customer himself.

We also remind you that:

  • The products must not have been used, altered or damaged
  • the security seal must not be removed, altered or tampered with
  • the handbags must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging
